Absolutely. You do not need to be in crisis to start. If you feel stressed, stuck, anxious, or quietly burnt out, therapy gives you space to understand it and feel steadier.
Individual sessions are ₹1,000 and couple sessions are ₹2,000. International clients are USD 40. Payment is made before the session to confirm your slot.
Yes, all sessions are online so you can join from anywhere private and comfortable. I mainly offer weekend slots at mutually convenient timings.
We slow down and talk about what is bringing you in. There is no pressure to have it all figured out, it is a relaxed space to explore what support could look like for you.
Yes. What you share stays strictly between us, with rare legal exceptions such as a court order or a risk of harm. The full details are in the terms and consent form.
