Questions?

Whether you’re new or exploring deeper support, you may have questions.

How do I know which service fits me?

Start with the issue that feels most present right now. Burnout, anxiety, work stress, and life transitions often overlap, so therapy can be tailored as we go.

What can I talk about in therapy?

You can talk about stress, anxiety, burnout, relationships, life transitions, emotional exhaustion, or patterns you want to better understand and change.

What should I expect in the first session?

The first session is a chance to slow down, talk about what is bringing you in, and explore what support might look like for you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you start.

Is online therapy as effective?

Yes. Online therapy can be effective when you want consistency, privacy, and access without travel.

Still have questions?

Can’t find the answer you’re looking for?

You do not have to keep carrying it alone.

Therapy offers space to slow down, understand what you are carrying, and build steadier ways to move through.
