Emotional Regulation

Big feelings are okay. Let’s understand them so they feel less overwhelming.

Sometimes emotions can feel difficult to understand, hold, or express. You may notice yourself shutting down, feeling reactive, or carrying more internally than others realize.

Therapy can help you better understand your emotional patterns and respond in ways that feel more grounded and intentional.

  • Feeling reactive, overwhelmed, or emotionally shut down
  • Struggling to name what you feel in the moment
  • Wanting healthier ways to process and respond
