About your therapist
I am Arya Dhembre, MSc in Psychology, with 3+ years of experience in the field. I mainly use an eclectic approach, which means the work is tailored to you depending on your concerns. My aim is to offer a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Please take a moment to read and understand the following terms before we begin.
Session details
- Mode: Online
- Timing: mutually convenient timings
- Days: mainly weekends
Fees & payment
- ₹1,000 per session for individual clients (USD 40 for international clients)
- ₹2,000 per session for couple therapy
- No refunds of session fees are made
- Kindly prepay to confirm your session slot
Cancellation & rescheduling
Clients are expected to attend sessions on time. A grace period of 20 minutes is provided; after this, the session is considered a no-show and will be rescheduled. A session may be rescheduled once without charge with prior notice. Any further rescheduling of the same session is treated as a cancellation, and the full session fee is payable.
Purpose of therapy
Every therapy process is a collaborative journey, where therapist and client work together on the client’s concerns to support personal growth. The main purpose of our sessions is to guide you toward your therapeutic goals.
Confidentiality
All information shared during our sessions is kept confidential. Your personal information and what is discussed in therapy will not be disclosed to anyone without your written consent, except where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law.
Limits of confidentiality
There are legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality, which may include:
- Cases where a court order requires the release of information
- The event of a medical emergency
Your rights & responsibilities
As a client, you have the right to:
- Be treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism
- Receive clear information about the therapeutic process
- Discuss your therapeutic goals and concerns openly
- Participate voluntarily, and withdraw from therapy at any time (please let your therapist know if you do)
- Be actively engaged in the therapy process

Client consent
By booking a session and proceeding with therapy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and you consent to participate in therapy with full awareness of the rights and responsibilities outlined here.
