Anxiety & Overwhelm

When your mind won’t switch off, we’ll find ways to slow it down and breathe easier.

Anxiety and overwhelm can make daily life feel heavier than it should. Your mind may stay switched on, your body may feel tense, and even simple decisions can begin to feel draining.

Therapy can help you slow the cycle of overthinking, understand your triggers, and build steadier ways to cope.

  • Racing thoughts that are hard to quiet
  • Feeling mentally and emotionally overstretched
  • Difficulty relaxing, resting, or staying present
